Feels like cheating biking to the trailhead but after spending the past few weekends in the mountains the fatigue is starting to accumulate and a run up demo would have made this ascent pretty tough.

Instead I just tired myself out a bit on the bike and managed to get in a nice steady effort up Coliseum. Then easy to/from Burwell and eased into a moderate downhill effort. 

Great end to the weekend and little mountain block. Time for a bit of an easier week thanks to a work trip to LA before Buckin Hell relay with Karli!
