Fasted. Rode to USPS to mail a BARGE Fun Run bottle opener to each of the two participants in the BFR 2023 who didn't already have one.

FWIW, one of the participants is on Strava, but I do not want to @ that person because that person might not want the attention and it's impossible to put toothpaste back in the tube.
