The Good- 2nd on Stage, now 2nd on GC. 18s off the winner. NP pretty good around 360, i hoped for more tbh, but not shabby, On climbs was all there, but on the flat the road efforts yesterday really told, couldn't hold high power. Conditions realy tough- a solid head cross the whole way, even the descents were hard- i barelly needed the 11,and that was with some 8% decsents and full tt rig.
the bad and ugly- stung by a jelly fish after teh event a few times- bit of shock etc. feel really reptty ropey.. with teh big stage tomorrow. we'll see.
