Should've gotten out 90 minutes earlier for this one, but I was having a dream about being part of a crack team of detectives trying to stop a plot to poison everyone in a New York skyscraper. The dream had some great Die-Hard-but-set-in-the-60s vibes, so I had to see it through.

Also, tried to seed this run with driving churning positive energy by playing Leo Kottke in the car, but I saw a snake early on, so it was nothing but Gizzard Wizard mind for 3 hours.

I found plenty of spooky 4th class choss on the way out, but a much more mellow 2nd class route on the way back. If you’re running this route, just find another way if the route you’re on seems dangerous. Really fun to be on trail where a 24 minute mile felt hard!
