Gotta keep moving with the body clock upside down

Fun to ride a route that I’ve never done before. Lots of it was new while I’ve been riding in this area for years now. 

Some details of my food and glycogen in the screenshots. Al of this comes out of the EatMyRide app. During Haute route I will log all
my food the entire week. 

My kit today was a bit of mixed. Sometimes I color match it, today I didn’t. Blue bibs, green jersey, grey socks, black shoes, orange glasses, black helmet. The fashion police 👮 will probably give me a ticket…. If they can catch me😂

Felt good so raced a scooter up the bridge at the end 🤪
