A few months ago I broke the Velcro strap on the left toe cage, sewed it, broke it again at a digger spot so I replaced it with a different type of velcro strap. Today my right one broke. I had to stop 3 times to rig it to hold tight. Could have used some duck tape and bubble gum wrapper! Lol. Problem is I don’t have another strap similar to the one I put on my left toe cage. 
Tried a new breakfast option this morning…Ka’Chava coconut açaí blend with chia seeds. That was all I had before my ride and felt strong the entire ride.
