[Unlike yesterday](https://ecency.com/hive-176853/@ervin-lemark/9628650829-9041484844) when we went to help at [Camping Menina](https://campingmenina.com/en/) as a family, today was a divided day. The lady of the house went to help while I was left to babysit kids, dogs, and cats. A lazy day it was and I felt bad about it. late in the evening I finally mustered the will to go out and run today's workout, 3 time 8 minutes of tempo pace.

I was surprised that it went fairly good. Not fast yes with a minute added to the total. Good.
