So much fun with this big crowd!  Not only the DWR crew, but other friends and family out there today!!!  

Puma shoes (so they are new - not super shoes, but more bounce than old trails shoes I have been wearing). This felt easier than expected, though the test will be how I recover - and DWRunners RECOVER HARD TOO!!! ;)  

Water and Huma at 4M. ~8oz caff SIS at 8M. Water at 10?M ~12oz gatorade at 12M. 4oz Gatoratde at ~16M. ~4oz water at 18 M. Berry GU (NO WATER - test for missing cup! )

Felt smoother and smoother as run went on. Drills at end felt smooth. Strides at 4:35/M, so good sign. 5:46/M at 22M crossed overpass 2x with loose gravel (that Ryan Jaskiewicz   said we had to run ;) - so that pace was -10 sec or more on flat (same as other miles).
