Some mistakes today. First, wrong type of route for a threshold run, chose a route too hilly for a fast session and I payed for it in the third set. 

Secondly, the end of set two was on a very tough uphill section and because I wanted to finish it quickly so I could recover, I ran it at around 3:38/km and that’s simply not sustainable at my level of fitness. I paid for it in the begin of set 3. Quads started to tense up immediately at the start of set 3 and I paused the watch to walk until I felt recovered.
