Another Sunday, another long ride and a silly outfit. Legs were pretty sore initially, still not properly recovered from a pretty leg heavy working week. So I just punished them into submission till they came to life. I wasn't having any of the whole ease them gradually into the ride bullshit. I sometimes prefer the stuff this, you WILL do what I ask of you you bastards - approach. Worked like a treat - 20 minutes faster than last Sunday!
