Feeling out presi. Easy up VW, stopped around halfway to do some work shit I forgot about, was debating this and then hit Madison and did it hard to Washington summit. Definitely some inspo from Utmb, so cool what Jim and Courtney and Katie and Zach pulled off. Felt reasonable for a presi effort, obvi would be harder after a sub 50 VW. Went with full presi race kit (vest, 1.5L water out of Madison). Did a F1 refill at Madison, still ran out of water. Didn’t drink much coming up VW. Hotter than when I raced it, but dry. No smoke this time. Legs felt very good despite a heavy week, weighted speed work day before yesterday, 5k vert yesterday. Yard saled coming down Madison 🤣….now to AT back to Appalachia?? Hike down cog and road run?? Idk
