Up visiting my parents for Father's Day.
Couldn't make it to parkrun yesterday as I went to Sydney Motorsport Park for WTAC, but managed to squeeze a run in this arvo out to Galgabba Point. Legs were a bit flatter than I expected them to be, probably because I spent most of the day on my feet walking around.
Had to make an unscheduled pitstop about 8km into the run, but made it out after for another 3km.
Was a lovely 18°C
