Training wheels, standard helmet.  2x20 tempo.  Plan was to ride the remaining 9 miles in high zone 2.   Legs were pretty tires from the long run yesterday so even low zone 3 was hard to hold. Flatted on a large sharp rock in the road.  Fortunatle the air went out after the 40mph descent.  THe CO2 catridge was a dud.  Thanks Wife was out of town, so many thanks to Mark for the comming to the rescue.  I'll be carrying 2 tubes and 2 CO2's for now n since I have the storage space now (Cobb hydration mount with bag).
