Good entertaining morning in eviction court then realized my plate was not full. That coupled with looking at a pic of me 18 months ago at 256 lbs and my wife working in horse heads I knew I had a destination, a desire to rip my legs off and a ride home! A store stop. saw two friends on the trip  
And many navigating (look up segments) stops made for a long day. 

The three minute Spaulding climb was successful to me regardless of time because I spun up it.  I'm trying to be able to put out the power spinning but still be able to get up and go at will in a race to respond to things. My default mode is stand up and mash so this is taking some work

That park hill climb was a nasty climb.   I really had some difficulty up that one. What a great climb tho really relentlesss. 

The Downhills on Barnes in horseheads was brand new pavement and so cool in the trees.  Reminded me of CT. 

I really tried hard on 17c west bound and straits downhill.  I really don't know what direction the wind was going but I sure hope those were both in the headwind I felt like I was going very hard!
