River run in the lazy afternoon heat

More intense heat, and blisters all over the soft parts of my soles made anything other than asphalt extremely painful.  So very glad to get to the finish and finally be a dragon.  Many thanks to everyone for all their kind support - it meant a huge amount and helped me stay motivated when things were going badly.
