Got out the 32 cassette for the first time in years and soooo glad I did.

Sporting brand new Siroko kit. Never looked better on a bike 😎 Also very comfy

Whats up with hitting a red light at the bottom of every single downhill?!?! Someone up there was dead set against me using momentum...

Under nourished per usual:
2 bobo packet (200 cal?)
Stop at SB at half point - egg bites + pumpkin bread (700 cal?)
Liquid IV x 5 bottles (50 cal?)

So < 1000 cal on a ride were I likely burned 5000. Was starting to feel a hunger knock the last hour. My saving grace is that a did a good job carb loading and hydrating yesterday. Need to start taking on more liquid cals.
