I Started running in 2012 as part of a healthier, more ambitious vision of myself. I dropped animal products and started eating more fruit and vegetables at the beginning of 2013. I'm now Running around 90-100km/week trying to improve on my 5, 10 and 21k times as well as now training for my first marathon in July 2018!
