52 year old runner (and occasional cyclist) - late to the game. Was an athlete in my early to mid-20's, but then had roughly 15 years of basically being sedentary. Around age 40, I got my act together again, and I feel I've proven that - even at age - you can defy the odds and still get faster and better with some hard work and determination.
