Fat and 40 something. Can't do much about the age but aim to shed the pounds. I used to cycle a lot when younger and loving getting back to it. Biggest achievements so far are 88 miles Cheltenham Spa Sportive, and my first Alpine climbs around Les Deux Alpes. For 2013 I aim to get down to target weight, then increase fitness!
