⏰ Arrive from at 18:00.
🏃🏼‍♀️ Run starts at 18:30. 
📏 5k loop from VIA in King’s Cross.
⚡️ Pace 6:00–7:00/km (9:45–11:00/mile).
🫂 Pacers will be on hand to guide you.
🎒 Bag drop will be available at VIA.
🍟 The café and bar will be open pre & post run, serving a range of food, soft drinks, and beers.
🔁 We plan to return to VIA by 19:30.
