Uptown Bicycles may not be in business anymore, but we certainly still want to ride... NoSpandexSaturday, now leaves from the North Park Mini Park (behind Observatory Theater), Saturdays at 10:45...rolling at ~11:00. Averages 15 miles with stops for lunch and beer. Very relaxed pace...e-bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, clip pedals, flat pedals...whatever. Only requirement is a helmet...and be fun. Sunday Rides (no-drop road ride) leaves from Blind Lady Ale House Sundays at 8:30, rolling at ~8:40. 40-60 miles. Sustained 18-21 MPH in the flats. Steel/carbon road bike probably needed.
