The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major effect on our lives. Many of us are facing challenges that can be stressful, and even overwhelming.  Hence in 2020, 600 participants joined #KeepGoing in the spirit of hope and the belief that we can pull through this together. It was a virtual event where we ran not only for ourselves, but also for family and friends - to encourage us to KEEP GOING.
