The Kingstowne Striders is a group founded in 2009 on a mutual interest in running, walking, and fitness. We welcome runners and walkers of every creed and speed. We serve the needs of recreational and competitive runners in southern Fairfax County and Alexandria, Virginia. The club promotes and supports running and walking at a wide range of paces. Our activities safely promote health, fitness, and the achievement of personal goals in an atmosphere of fun, fellowship, and camaraderie. Non-paying members who join our Strava Club will be removed.
