Wind. So much wind. And absolutely crippled by stitches 😓 Don't know why they're back with a vengeance after sorting them last year!  😫 And why is Garmin so irritatingly correct, all the time! 

5x 500m @ 4 & 5 mins per km.  Layered-up in the sweatbox for that Sahara goodness.

3rd int (lap 6) was the showstopper.  Still finished.  But Garmin reminded me it was only 30% worth it because I'm so stressed and run down, so, thanks 🫠

Has anyone run a race on this fuel yet? I&#39;m usually a gel user (10x Torques for the whole of the Hoka Highland Fling), so I thought I&#39;d give this a go after Matty Brennan first started using it....
