Tempo Runs 🏃‍♂️ are designed to build strength 💪  and endurance ⏱️ and get your body more comfortable with holding a lower speed in your race.

Traditionally, a Marathon Tempo run is set at around the Half Marathon pace or slightly faster, whereas a 1/2 Marathon Tempo 😀  run is set at around the 10K pace or slightly faster.
