As you may have read in the FootWeb, I (Coach Devesh) am an RRCA Certified Run Coach and will be leading a free 8 week Group Coaching Program for the Pride Run/Gay Games Valencia 10K races. This program is for those that have a few 10K races, run 15-25 miles a week consistently, and want to get faster. It will start May 2, will consist of 4 runs a week — 3 of them will be coincident with the SFFR Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday runs, and one track workout on Mondays at Kezar Stadium. You can sign up for the 10K Group Coaching here: <br><br>Also, you can train 1:1 with Coach Devesh for any race of any distance, whether it’s your first race, or you want to get faster. Besides the Pride Run 5K/10K, now is a good time to start training for the Gay Games Valencia Half/SF Marathon/Half. Having a run coach adds structure to your training, and keeps you motivated and accountable, something no AI or app can provide. I have been running 20+ years now, having run 167 marathons (17 SF Marathons) and all 7 Majors, with a PR of 3:19.
