

Toronto, Ontario, CanadaUnless otherwise posted, we start and finish our group runs at the Scotiabank entrance at the south west corner of the Bayview village mall - Saturday Group Runs will have 3 distance groups: ~15k @ 7:45am, ~10k at 8am, ~5k @ 8:15am. Leaders will run 5:00-6:30min/km pace. Roughly once a month, we will do a Saturday destination run. Details will be posted on Strava, FB, and Whatsapp. - Wednesday Workout Runs: Meet-up at 6:00pm for a 60 min workout (~15 min warm up, ~30 min interval/hills, ~15 min cool down).
