A challenging road ride with some significant climbs. You can start anywhere along the route and ultimately get back to it. You can also do this in reverse and still get some good climbs. Start at Rockway Community Center and add Twenty first, Nineteenth, Seventeenth and Ninth St hills (down/up and down up) just to add more distance and work. Again next time reverse the route.
