TRANSCIKLUSIRANJE is a cycling event of a noncompetitive nature. The goal is to experience the amazing nature and enjoy of the Mt. Medvednica.
TRANSCIKLUSIRANJE RULES:
- Be kind to your fellow riders and hikers, have fun and enjoy the ride.
- It is the rider’s responsibility to know the designated ride route
- The organisers are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the participants or their equipment. You participate in the Transciklusiranje at your own risk.
- All riders are required to wear an approved helmet and cannot remove it at any time while riding Transciklusiranje.
- Due to an unpredictable nature of the ride, we highly suggest the use of safety bicycle lights.
- Be prepared for anything that might go wrong in case you end up on your own.
- Riders must be able to change a flat tire and deal with any other damages that might happen to them or their bikes during the race. Spare tubes, patch kits and appropriate tools are of the essence, as well as a basic first aid kit.
- Try to be as self depended as possible, because you never know what might happen.
- If a rider decides to end the ride early, he has to inform the organizers via a SMS on the mobile phone number that he will receive before the start of the race. This is the only time that riders can communicate with the organisers during the race. In case of emergency; act like you would on a solo ride.
