Every other Thursday throughout the summer for more than 20 years, Van Cortlandt Track Club organizes 7 cross-country races: six 5k and one 2 x 2M relay run on this infamous, historic and hilly cross-country course in Van Cortlandt Park. Grass roots running at its best, with carrot cake awards from our faithful sponsor, Lloyd's Carrot Cake to overall winners, and carrot cake muffins to age-group winners. Special price for signing up for the six 5K races. Select races benefit a different nonprofit organization respectively.
