Starting from Rye Meadow car park. Heading along the path towards the Kingfisher Barns, into the field, right over the sleepers bridge. Follow the path around, baring right. Over a small bridge and left across the field towards the river. Follow the track with the river on your left and then head of the hill past the motocross course. Turn right onto Thame Lane. At the end of the lane turn right, cross the road and turn left down Tollgate Road. Turn right into High Street. Run through Burycroft and turn left onto the Causway back to Rye Meadow.
