Exit West St. Helen's car park from the back (onto St Helen's Court) and turn right. Follow the road round to the right and go over the small bridge onto the Ock Valley path. Continue along the Ock Valley until you come out in the open area. Tale the left path over the concrete bridge and then through the gate onto the Drayton Road. Cross the road at the crossing and turn left. Turn right through the gate into the Ladygrove Meadow. Follow the path until you get to the second half, go right diagonally through the open area and onto the concrete bridge. Turn left onto the footpath. Follow the path (with the Ock on your left) until you reach a wooden bridge. Immediately after the bridge, turn left along the path. Continue along the path until you reach a second wooden bridge. On the other side of the bridge, turn left onto Mill Road. Run to the end of Mill Road, where it comes out onto Drayton Road. Cross the road and turn right. Run along Drayton Road until you reach Preston Road. Turn left into Preston Road and continue until you reach Lambrick Way. Turn right into Lambrick Way. Just past the bend, turn left into the small park and go straight ahead, following the path around the edge of the park. Exit the park and turn left on Lambrick Way. Follow the road round to the left onto West Quay. Continue straight ahead, through the barriers and finally onto Wilsham Road. Run along Wilsham until you reach the junction with Caldicott Road. Turn right and then immediate left over the bridge, right past the small graveyard, then left on West St. Helen's Street. Take the next left into St Helen's Court and right back into the car park.
