Leave the community centre car park, cross the road and enter Old Boar's Hill opposite. Follow the road as it bends round to the left. Continue until you reach the triangle. Stay left and run up Sandy Lane until you reach the top. Turn left on The Ridgeway. Run along The Ridgeway until you reach the junction with Jarn Way. Turn right into Jarn Way. Take the right bend and then turn left onto Old Boar's Hill. Run down the hill until you get to the triangle. Turn left and follow the road back to the junction with Cumnor Road. Cross the road back to the car park.
