Turn left out of Tilsley Park onto Dunmore Road. Run to the Wootton roundabout and turn right onto Wootton Road. Turn right at the first junction onto Sunningwell Lane. Continue for a mile (1.6km) until you pass the pond on your left. A little further on, turn right into Penn Lane and run up the hill. At the top of the first rise, bear right through the gate and continue down Penn Lane. Follow the lane up and over the A34 and continue until you reach Dunmore Road. Cross the road and turn left. Run along Dunmore Road back to Tilsley Park.
