Leg 1 begins at Lake Leatherwood City Park outside of Eureka Springs. The leg starts with a beautiful climb out of Lake Leatherwood along single track trail and transitions to a mix of Asphalt and Dirt roads through downtown Eureka Springs. The leg ends on the right side of Rockhouse Road just before Free Will Church.
