Z5 intervals on tunnel w/ Liz

Jumped into the Cat 4 race because the cat 5/novice only had 5 people registered. Cat 4 was more like 40. 

First 15 miles were chill and then we turned around into a headwind and drilled it in a long double pace line. Once we hit the hill near the start/finish i got spat out the back and ended up doing a 50ish mile time trial. 

Set my best 1.5, 2, and 3 hour power numbers. Would have been nice to last one more lap in the bunch to save some energy, but overall was fun. 

Definitely have to double my fitness though to hag with these peeps.
