First Morning Solo Training Ride @ age 65.

Bit hot 🥵 today after the Sun been up for 3hrs so took it easy. But today started off with amazingly deliciousness of a coffee I pan roasted. Just as I was about to throw this hand pan roasting malarkey out the window. As I was beginning to lose the will to live with Pan Roasting. Then some nice midday cycling into Yala to drop some of my Tasty Roasted Beans off to a friend who has been helping me along the coffee learning curve. So they can have a taste 👅 and come back with feed back on what they think. Very hot relaxed ride it was🥵😝
