Yeah, another beauty day, so running outside. The usual route: gym to track and back. Felt good, breathing heavy and only faster towards the end and on recovery. 4/6:1/1:30. No idea about the 4/6, but walking and faster than my usual. (Looks like somewhere around 6.5 on the track-got some nice stats…) 112/112/Music:  King Crimson, Hawkwind, Aphex Twin, Duran Duran, Cream.
