W/ Keegan Oldani!! Felt good till the climb up Powerline which kind of sucked. Et the legs spin down parking, but didn’t really push it. Then looping around. Hamstring cramp the last mile and hobbled back. Fueling was on point after last week’s fiasco so that was a win!

Testing Agravic speed ultras today which really do feel like a super shoe for trails although the stack height can be tricky on technical aid
