Morning Trail Run

Adventuring. Original plan was to boo around buffalo since it’s one of my all time favorite routes, but decided along the way to tag Red since I hadn’t been up there all summer. Ran into snow around 11k’ and then got a “roommate emergency” message about 1k from the summit so turned around and it was all good by the time I got home. 

Super wet all around transitioning to the snow at 11k’. Super wet and sloppy stuff, only about 1-2” when I turned around, but coming down off the ridge was a bitch and I took a few falls, no injuries tho! Probably best to have turned around anyway given the conditions and snow still coming down above 12k’
