Weekend supporting my daughter who successfully completed the Bamburgh Castle to Edinburgh Castle 100 miler.. A very proud Dad I am.. I Did run a little bit with her which was so amazing.. So a massive thank you Hayley for making me part of your 100 mile
That was the ladt 70k.. Today ive completed the rise 300 miles in June for Dementia UK 💪
Riding 300 miles in June for Dementia uk...Morning Ride... today was a long ride on the spin bike.. 50 miles (81k).. Don't think id have managed that on the road bike in this heat 🥵 its hot enough here in the shed gym 😜🤣🤣💪🚴♂️
Afternoon Ride on the Spin. bike.. Took rather sensible option of staying inside instead of fighting in the sun and heat 🥵 31 miles done.. Almost at the 300 ì a few more to do.. All for great cause. Dementia will effect 1 in 2 of us. Help to make sure
