    Knock wood but have been crash-free for awhile. Knee pain has been bit more of a problem recently but that's nothing new. Kinda blew-up my ankle yesterday with a pedal strike on a rock at speed. Rember briefly thinking "That really hurt" but no big deal as was just one of several during the ride. Didn't even have any pain/symptoms post-ride walking around, but after 45 min drive home could barely get out of the car. Reduced to limpy/gimpy baby steps for rest of the day/night. Couple hours of RICE and was good to go this morning, tho swelling will probably take a week to go down.
