First Day of Beaver Summer Training

Afternoon Run

Decided to attempt CIM with literally no training. Easy way to double your yearly mileage in one run. Had some high hopes after a 7ish year taper, so figured I'd be fresh and ready to go! Went until the wheels came off and started walking. Had a lot of fun though! I've been told to train before running a marathon. Who would have known?! I'd rate today an 7/10 for amount of fun but would NOT recommend! Nice day outside today though!
