But maybe that's just the illusion you get from running with such a speedy crew. After the warmup bloop, Caitlin Chrisman, Sean Knapp, and Kristin Boulier were doing a 10-mile progression from 7:00 down to 6:10, but I tapped out after the first few miles and turned around early. I ran into Janne Heinonen and Chris Heinonen and joined them for a bit, and then caught the crew returning and finished the workout with them.
