Hi to all my friends on Strava.  I had a blackout in Sept and ran into a curb at 24 mph.  I sustained 9 broken ribs and a 6 day stay in the hospital.  Luckily no neurologic or cardiologic complications.  But also no definitive cause for the blackout.  I suspect it was a combination of high blood pressure medicine and dehydration.  I am worried that my body could not withstand another accident, so I will not be riding outside again.  I will miss all of you and the great feeling riding in the fresh air.
