Parkrun 5km. Fastest 5km in over 5 years. Been a mission to get back under the 19 minutes, but nice to finally get that goal. Pushing hard with heart rate over 174 for 4km.
Rangitikei 12 hr adventure race. Fun day out with perfect weather. Still felt strong at the end of it 😁
Orienteering event. Bit jaded after the morning Mtn bike race.
New Plymouth Mountain bike champs. Didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would lol.
Round the mountain hike in one day. ( Normally takes 3 days) 16 hrs. Perfect weather. Great scenery. But it is a BIG day on the feet doing some challenging terrain.
