10k didn’t spew this time
10k pb, 5k pb (post cycling at least 🤣), 28 degrees, stomach cramp and spews. Fucking loved it
10k, started out gentle then got bored and put the foot(s) down
Steady pace, sun on the face. Doesn’t get much better than that.
Left my running shoes in Glasgow and left my inhaler at home 🤦♂️ great run but asthma is a twat
