SMASHED IT! Huge PB by nearly a minute since I last tested 5 weeks ago.

I scoffed at my Garmins estimated race times thinking they were ambitious. Data has been all over the place last 2 weeks with erratic HR data, so debuted a Polar H10 today. Didn't really look at my watch other than splits at 1k, 3k and the final minute. Looking at my HR & final KM still think I could eek out a couple more second per KM.

3:30, 3:41, 3:40, 3:38, 3:27

 Will test in another 6 weeks or so after this next block of sub-threshold work.
