For those of you wanting to take the route before race day...

Couple tips.

1. Beware the rock pile heading up towards McCurdy.

There isn't much of a trail or if there is one I couldn't find it. I spent an extra hour stumbling around and climbing rocks. Advice: stay to the left of the pile.

2. There is snow once you reach the top peeks and move along the ridge line. 

You only have to trounch through it 2% of the time so it's not much of an impediment.
