Ran from the Canal Park area before heading home. Curiosity got the better of me and so, did a mini workout to see what was in the tank: 20:00 W/U, 1:00:00 steady, 10:00 W/D.

W/U included 0:15 and 0:30 strides. Split the steady portion into 20:00 chunks, and added a bit of play: run the first mile purely by feel and then keep every subsequent mile no slower than 2 seconds/mile. W/D was a walk-jog chat with Coach Holly from southern Minnesota.

A few stops for photos and lift bridge operation. A bit breezy but pleasant weather. Very good run.
